Just wondering (only to be used during cycling) if this is a good idea. For example, in a regular super set we got
bicep curls superset with triceps push-down.
I do set of bicep curl to 8 reps, then drop the weights to get another 7-8 reps out of it. And as soon as I am finished, I do triceps push-down set of 8 reps, then drop weight and do another 7-8 reps. And thats one superset.
After a minute of rest, repeat the set 3-4 or whatever times ur plan calls for.
