Drugs to get lean faster!!

Hello everyone,
I’m 24 years old, 6’3”, 230 lbs, currently sitting at around 30% body fat.
Over the past year and a half, I’ve gone from 20% to 30% body fat. My diet has been garbage.
I’m looking at needing to drop 40 pounds to get down to 15% body fat. That’s going to take me approximately 5 months on a 1,000-calorie deficit per day. I definitely don’t want to cut for that long.

Never used gear,
tried GLPs don’t like them (can’t eat my protein)
Tried low dose DNP 100 a day, it was great.

Plan
• 250mg DNP per day for 2 weeks
• Followed by 2 weeks of Clenbuterol or ECA stack
• Alternate between DNP and Clen/ECA in 2-week blocks
• 250mg Testosterone a week throughout to maintain muscle fullness and prevent excessive loss. Also have an AI on hand cause I’ll definitely aromatize heavy at my bf%

Does this approach seem reasonable? Open to feedback or suggestions on optimizing it. Specifically, I’d appreciate input on what you guys would do in my position if you wanted to speed this up while minimizing muscle loss?

Turns out I’m not even 30% bodyfat. I’m 20 - 24%
This smart scale I have been using is garbage.

I took picture's of my physique and posted it on chat GPT and it’s saying I’m 20 - 22% I had a whole argument back-and-forth with ChatGPT and it swears I’m not 30%.
F**king smart scale had me on the verge of eating dynamite fertilizer pills lmfaoo.
I was curious and just recently had a DEXA so I decided to ask ChatGPT the same thing.

It underestimated my BF% by 6-9%. Which sounds like about what it underestimated yours by.

Clean up your diet first, THEN think about a cycle/plan. If you can't fix that without drugs, you will not be able to do so without.
If you eat like a pig for 1.5 years straight, you got to fix something fundamentally. I wouldn't say so, if you said it has been just 3 months.

You are tall but still got some muscle on you, considering you are natty. So, you seem to know how to train decently (maybe even good?), but if you were 20% bf before you got really fat, you still need to figure out nutrition, there is no way around that.
Unless you are one of the few who actually know better than they do, you will not end up at 20% after a while of training - if you know about nutrition.
No natural should ever be above 15, no matter the bulk. Anything above that is excess weight, that worsens your performance, BB-wise. Strengthwise is a different thing, but I assume you are after a good physique, and not chasing numbers.

Then, drop the DNP, I just wrote this post, even though I would not reply to you in such a harsh way, the basics still apply to you.
If you train hard, and got your nutrition in check, you WILL loose fat and GAIN muscle on just 250mg of test (referring you to my other post), there is no way around that, assuming you don't have SHIT genetics - which you don't seem to have, otherwise you would NOT have that (lean) mass naturally.

If it helps, get a GLP1-drug, Reta seems to be the best for BB, but I have never taken any of those. Will lead to similar results as 100mg DNP, without the (albeit small) risk of getting blind!

You did the math and, while not being perfect and lacking practical knowledge, apparently put some thought into your plan, so I am hopeful, that you can succeed with just 250mg of test.

Take this as encouragement, I am trying to lift you up, not bring you down.

Ah, crap, I thought this is a new post and not the OP. This damn pinning the first post on top of ANY page, gets me all the time. Just skipped through the first page, but not gonna read the entire thread.
Whatever you already do, or already did, it is your choice. Stick to my post above and reap long term results, or do *whatever* to get instant results that almost certainly will NOT last.

It’s only been three days since I’ve started cutting and my body completely morphed into a human string bean.. I wish I had a photo of my physique 4 days ago versus today to show you guys so you’d see I’m not exaggerating or it’s not all in my head. I depleted so much glycogen so fast it’s insane.

2 bottles of Gatorade Zero a day
+ Gallon of water per day
+ 10 grams of creatine
+ 1000 calories worth of carbs
And I’m still depleted and flat as hell. I woke up and literally could feel the dehydration. Every muscle on my body is slightly fatigued.

Has anyone ever been in this position before? If so, how did you counter the flatness ?
I am not going to be using any fat burners or Glps at all considering I am already creating a massive deficit on a daily basis with diet and cardio.

But I definitely need something to keep my muscles full otherwise I’m just going to keep going in circles.
Will test only work ? If so, how much do I have to take per week ? Or maybe 200 Test and low dose Dianabol ?

Thats a part of it, embrace the suck.

Well it’s not really that I don’t like them, I just legit cannot eat on it. I took 0.25 of Semaglutide and I could not eat food for a few days. I’d feel my stomach growling but the urge to eat was not there. I remember taking 3 bites of a chicken breast and feeling full. I wouldn’t be able to get my 200grams of protein in.
That's the whole point of it. You already ate all the protein and calories for the next year.

Update : I need help. Any advice ??

I have officially been on my cut for the past three days. (1000 to 2000 deficit per day)
My BMR is 2100 a day
I’m eating 2000 cal a day with 200 g of protein.

About 1000 of those calories is protein
The other 1000 is all carbs.

Day #1 : 10 mile walk (1085 calories burnt)
Day #2 : 10 mile walk (1100 calories burnt)
Day #3 : 18 mile walk ( 2030 calories burnt )

Who gives a shit about being "flat?" That is part of dropping body fat. I mean, seriously, you diet for three days and you need 1000 grams of carbs to fill out? I am laughing so freaking hard because I just realized that you are pulling a prank on us.

Either that or you are seriously self sabotaging your goals.

SO you weighed 230 about five weeks ago.

What do you weigh today?

Who gives a fuck about your protein when you are fat? I know a record holding powerlifter who walks around at 200+ who gets a whooping 130g of protein a day and is bigger and leaner than 99% of people out there. Don't get obsessed with protein.

Losing a little muscle in return for being lean is a good trade, especially when you consider muscle lost comes back extremely quickly in a calorie surplus. Extremely, extremely quickly in a surplus with some extra Test in your veins.

You ARE going to lose muscle in a deficit, fact. You need to deal with it and implement diet changes. If you can't even diet to 15%, then you've got the spine of a snail. Use a glp if you must. Stay away from DNP and Clen. Nobody here thinks that's a good idea but you. If you want to be a jackass, be a jackass but prepare to accept the concequences later in life.

You don't need drugs, you need a clean diet and to track your macros.

You are trying to add more things and make it complex when its really simple - just put down the fork and change your lifestyle.

Even if you were to go down the GLP route you will lose your progress when you come off if you haven't changed your habits.
