I'm not a troll in any way. Why would it be illogical? He just selectively decides to not communicate well with some people, but does a good job with others? Again just because you had a good experience does not mean that someone else will have the same experience as you. Who are you to tell anyone that their experience is invalid and only yours is valid? Does Amazon selectively decide to mess up some orders and not the rest? Is the more logical explanation is that mistakes happen and all experiences are individual? The answer is yes.
