I have no dog in this fight but as long as a source/reseller/provider offers what they say and do what they say that does not indicate a con man to me.
Prices are relative and at the end of the day there are so many sources we can use or not use any source we see want.
You don't like the guys prices buy somewhere else no big deal you don't like the guy don't deal with him at all.
