Dry Heat Vials

Looking for some clarification on sterilizing open vials with dry heat. I’ve looked through and searched multiple threads I’m away of the temperature and time however what seems alittle more vague is how to wrap the vials.

How do you all wrap them? Aluminum foil around the whole thing including tops or are you just covering the openings of the vial in aluminum so they stay sterile?

from what I understand (ZERO actual brew experience) most people LOOSLY cover the tops of the vials with sterile tin foil squares pressing them down around the edges of the vials so they dont blow/fall off easily but allow any moisture to escape easily. I'm realizing just now that you may mean long-term storage... if thats the case, dont do it, just more chances for debris/bacteria to get in. wait until your ready to fill.
