Anyone have any success stories with the routine
above in Phreezers thread?I need a new routine and it
looks like it really makes sense.I would make a few slight changes
of course.I was just wondering what kind of gains people have made
of it.Im hoping to add about 20 lbs to my dead/squat and 10-15 to my bench.

Have used DFHT, its an outstanding program and you should not have any problems adding to those lifts bro. It'l kick your ass a little bit(it did mine) but I had very noticeable gains in mass (w/o aas). good luck
