Dumsta and Rocco hit it hard

Hmmmm...lol it is better than yesterday ...not constant burn. The ankle is better, too...should be back to the run in a few days...will have to work abs and modify some other exercises...today, I just couldn't....no gym...should probably take a few off, but....lol

If you been hitting the gym so much for several months straight it's time to take some time off to recover and recharge :)
 
Flat barbell bench. Its not burning near as bad this morning. Hopefully it's just a minor strain, I'm gonna take a day or two off from lifting.
 
I was just reading through the thread and without fail....(first time went on to check alerts...reading reading, laughing...then Jay pops in and my beer almost shot out my nose). You guys are too much fun. Thanks for letting me come and play lol when Rocco made me sign up on here I was like, seriously? Glad he did ;)
