You know what they say. Pics or it never happened! Except I know it happened, I was there. Two and a half years ago I weighed 315lbs and could not bench 230lbs. Today I weigh 230lbs and can bench 315lbs. Life is good. I'm glad I have someone to share in my accomplishments. Next week I will post a vid of D'Baby benching 135lbs. She did it today but felt it was not low enough and it was not on video. I thought it was good. When I post it I will not use a tablet so everyone can see it.
