Early Sprint / Late Winter Cut with Semaglutide, DNP, T3, and Test C.

I think you should be more open to criticisms. You did a DNP cut before and then four months later you've decided you need to cut again. Maybe you aren't making the best dietary choices. And I think the other guy is right in that you may end up losing the muscle you gained in that bulk session.

In total this will be 4 months on out of 8 that you are on DNP? I'm actually a DNP advocate because it's a tool to be used. But it's a fine line between use and abuse.
You're right and I apologize to both of you guys. I wasn't forth coming with why the weight came back.

The reason I gained it back was due to bad timing. I finished the cut and then a week later my nan went into the hospital. Things were, "fine" until they weren't and she went suddenly. I didn't go home to see her because certain people were feeding me BS about her health getting better.

At that point I went into bulking, blasting, and lifting heavy because there was no way I was going to maintain a diet going back to my home town and dealing with a bunch of grieving Italians while simultaneously juggling with the guilt of not flying back sooner.

I don't comfort eat but that time around I needed something to get me through it.

Either way the bulk and blast made coping easier.

Regardless, this time around I have more time, glp1 agonists, and a better understanding of how to proceed.

Is it abuse? Meh probably , but I'll ride it. I appreciate the feedback nonetheless.

Fair enough. I still think you should consider removing the DNP. Your down 15 lbs? And when you come off DNP you'll lose 5 more of the water retention?

Maybe even consider hiring someone to guide your training and diet a bit when you are done your diet.

Cheers mate thats been my plan. For the next bulking phase in the fall.

All im saying is u could probably achieve a pretty good physique rn if u had put muscle on your frame. You dont have that much fat/muscle on your body. But you are just not eating enough. The enhanced protein synthesis is there but there is insuffecifient energy replishment accomplished. I would go as far as to say you have pretty good genetics for having so little progress so far

Sucks right? I was moving 300lbs on my squat and deadlift, and 235 lbs on my bench at the end of my blast a few weeks ago. Muscle mass was always hard to build on my frame and I got back to the PRs I hit on my 20s.

I've been lifting for 10 years (lazily) and only really got serious about it last year which you can see by the results. Either way, I'll be skelator for a few months and retry for a blast again this summer with much less fat so I don't have sides blasting again.
I'm natty and can hit better lift numbers (one inch shorter than you, anywhere between 185-193). You need to be either doing more volume or more intensity.

Hey gents,

My apologies for being incognito. Work has been a b!tch but I have some great news.
The cut was a success!

There were about 3 weeks of delays due to work travel and switching from semaglutide to tirz where my weight loss stalled but on the whole this was by far my most successful effort and cut to date.

I work in management consulting and being able to juggle the diet and workout alongside regular domestic and international travel was a challenge but I did it.

While i'm not stage ready nor a massive block of muscle, I am able to mog lard butt executives and office drones. And for that I am pleased.

I finished my DNP run on May 19th and stopped the T3 on May 24th.

Here are the stats:
Starting weight: 202.6 lbs
Finishing weight: 153.6 lbs

I am incredibly satisfied with the results.

Some thoughts this time around:
  1. GLP1 agonists are miracle drugs.
    1. I started with semaglutide alongside the DNP/T3 which made the cravings nonexistent. Hunger and hanger were largely gone. However, there was no free lunch. From 202lbs all the way down to 165 lbs, I had to keep upping the dose to the point where I had maxed out what the FDA recommends as the max dosage for these. It also largely stopped working. It seem
    2. Switching to Tirz fixed this but every 5 lbs after 165lbs required me to double to the dose.
    3. As I got below 15% bodyfat on my crappy impedance scale, my body began to fight the GLP1 agonist and largely me on the weight loss. Cravings went sky high and the tirz needed to be upped drastically to the point of it being wasteful.
  2. Coming off of T3 is easy if you supplement iron and vitamin C.
    1. I learned the last time when I stopped T3 that I became anemic. I didn't know the thyroid needed iron so i've been continuing to supplement iron with vitamin C. The vitamin C helps with absorption. After 4 days off T3 withdrawal, there was a minor day where I was tired, but that quickly disappeared. I now feel back to normal energy wise.
The Glp1 agonist, T3, and DNP combo are perfect for removing large amounts of fat quickly. I never increased the T3 (25mcg) or DNP (200mg) and frankly felt doing so was unnecessary and dangerous.

Once you get down to 15% body fat, at that point it is probably best to drop the DNP/T3 and continue the cut using Tirz or Reta.

Either way, I am now into week 2 and holding steady around 155-157 lbs, a weight I haven't been at in years. I have reta coming in the mail tomorrow and plan on using this for the foreseeable future to maintain this weight and allow for more appropriate bulks with less fat gain.

I plan on doing a bulk in the fall with NPP for 20 weeks but for now, I am enjoying this weight, I am back to running 7 minute miles, and finally seeing my abs for the first time in my life is huge.

Until next time!

They’re on the cusp of approving higher sema doses and are studying higher tirz doses.

Tirz goes for like .35$ per mg lol. You gotta find better sources.
Then PM your source and stop being a smart ass. The good ones in underground from China are charging at least $2.2 per mg OF they have anything in stock.

And a correction the $~2.20 per mg is for reta. Tirz comes out at $~1.40 per mg. All from our Chinese friends.

You ... are not at all aware of good Chinese sources then and you showcase your ignorance here.

Tirz/reta market rates depend on size of purchase (i.e. small mg vials cost more). For large mg vials (50-100 Tirz, 30-50 reta) going rate is currently ~.35-.5 / mg Tirz and ~.75/mg Reta. Domestic warehouse or ones with extra testing will cost more.

I won't give all sources as this forum is too public to advertise them, but sources that are literally on here are pretty easy fair game. Go look up Sigma Audley Inc. - Your source for peptides, ancillaries, AAS, and more! these guy's price as just one of many examples of what actual pricing from China is.

Great job on the fat loss and sticking to your tools to attain your goal and staying healthy.

It’s great to see someone actually using dnp and t3 properly and not abusing it.

I'm sorry but go pound sand. SSA has been OOS of all of their stuff lately and im not in a position to wait.

Kindly leave this thread. Your replies aren't needed.

Ya that guy isn’t contributing anything of value.

You try buying international SSA? They never sell out. Domestic is always empty ya.

I did , I was willing to wait for the delivery since they were good to me in the past but several things I wanted were OOS so I sadly went to a different vendor this time.
