Easier to buy a gun, than a syringe.

Oddly enough many countries with strict gun control and licensing requirements actually make it far easier to purchase and utilize suppressors due to their safety. It's odd that in America with our firearms history, suppressors are not easier to purchase. It all has to do with the perceived Hitman or Mafia caricature of their usage. Similar to how the tommy guns kicked off the nfa in the 1930s under prohibition

Great, can we trade now?

I'd love to buy a gun this easily without being constantly watched and practically not being able to use my weapon outside of decoration and bragging rights.

P.S. not saying killing or some crazy shit, but even obtaining for self defense and actually using my gun in the shooting range is a very complicated process in my country that costs a lot of energy and money.
same here. you are from europe i would guess?

Now this thread turned into a gun buying tutorial. Talk about being highjacked at gun point.

My only limitation in my state is I can only buy one gun a day... Boring!!!

I'm not sure what the current wait times are on form 4s but it's not a few days LOL. Few weeks/months
5 business days from purchase to take home for my HUXWRX 7.62TI back in July. Looks like average wait time is 3 days now.

Is it really that easy to buy a gun haha? Meanwhile Canada just banned my little .22 plinking gun because it looks scary
The folks in Canada who want liberty should organize and invite us to invade. 54-40 or Fight! It's not just a campaign slogan. The 49th parallel settlement is BS.

The Trump administration just took the position last week in the Fifth Circuit that gun mufflers are not arms and therefore are not deserving of any protection whatsoever under the Second Amendment.

A district court judge threw out criminal charges based on an unregistered silencer. The Fifth Circuit reversed. The defendant asked for a rehearing en banc. Pam Bondi filed a brief asking for a delay while the new justice department personnel decided on a position, as the President's executive order told them to do (review the cases for whether there should be a new position taken). Did the DOJ take a new position? Nope. They filed a two page brief taking the same position as the Biden administration, that a silencer is not an arm and therefore has no protection under the Second Amendment. How do you like that?

Trump has been an absolute dud on the Second Amendment.

Appellate courts have ruled in 2025 that the following are not arms and therefore not deserving of protection:

Gun mufflers (5th Cir)

SBRs (the Army rifle has a 14 inch barrel and is therefore an SBR, how can this not be a militia weapon???) (7th Cir)

Magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds (9th Cir)

In addition, the 11th Circuit just ruled that those under 21 have no Second Amendment rights whatsoever.

In all four of those cases the DOJ did not change positions from the Biden Administration position.

I live in the state, which is easier to purchase a pistol but impossible to buy syringes. How the hell do I get my hands on some BD syringes? Thanks in advance
Have you actually tried ordering online?

Lots of states have drug paraphernalia laws that criminalize possession of syringes but online vendors tend to ship to all of them.

The Biden holdover has been pushed aside and the DOJ asked for a 30 day delay to reconsider their position.

Pat Bondi announced 1000 ATF agents, more than half of the total, who were spearheading Biden's crushing of small gun dealers for the last 4 years, will be given the choice of taking severance or reassignment to general law enforcement in the FBI.

Few options -
1. you can always look at needle exchanges - yes even in states where over the counter sales "are not allowed" often they still operate and will have slin pins and 3ml syringes.

2. Try a few pharmacies anyway, some will let it slide but use proper terminology when inquiring I.e. "What do you have in stock for 3ml syringes?" vs "do you sell needles", and dress like an adult not a sketch bag. Last time at walmart in such a state and while the one member went to check stock another staff came and asked if my ID said insulin dependent etc but then the pharmacist waved her off and she walked away - purchased insulin and 3mls. BUT be prepared to answer a few medical type questions but just provide logical answers and you'll be fine (this has happened in the past). May have to try a few places also.

3. Amazon - I haven't used myself but have a good friend that orders all theirs on here.

good luck
