Eating question during cycle

I have just started 1000mg enantat 250 madE by QV

Will be doing 1000mg for weeks 1-2
500mg weeks 3-10

I am eating 6 meals a day. 3 real meals and 3 myoplex protein shakes a day, probably taking in about 190 grams of protein a day, pretty low fat intake, no saturated fats.....

I eat just about every 2 - 3 hours.

What kind of gains should I see

right now I am 5'10 175 12% bodyfat.

Fairly muscular and lean but want to gain size and stay pretty cut

What type of gains should I see? How long before I see them (just took 1st shot last night)

How can I best keep the weight when I am done the cycle?... I plan on eating the same when i am through and piling on the protein...

My last question is... I run 2 miles every other day before a workout... should I keep that up to keep lean and cut, or will the running burn up too many calories and limit my gains from the enantat?

The gains you see are up to you. EAt well, train well, live well, gain well.

YOu can keep running if you want. Even if it "eats up too many calories", the solution is simple. You eat more food.

I am planning on getting arimidex, HCG and some Clomid. Still deciding on a source.... I know that stuff is pretty important in keeping your gains.... but is it vital?
 
at 175 lbs, you need more protein. 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight. you should also be taking in close to 4000 cals/day. maybe get a weight gainer shake to make up for some calories.

Hmmmm - i would say i took in about 210 today.... maybee i'll add a power bar a day right before bed to get me up around 240...

With this statement being said, you should stop shooting your ass, and start reading how the to eat. BTW, how old are you?

Heres what I ate today

7:30 - Myoplex - 50 grams of protein

9:30 3 egg beaters, two pieces of wheat toast - apple

12:30 1 srv of salmon 1 srv of past 1 srv of spinach

3:30 - Myoplex 50 grams of protein

7:00 - 1 srv of baked chicken - 1 srv of spinach 1 srv of broccoli

9:30 - Myople - 50 more grams of protein

I think thats a pretty good day! Maybe not a ton of calories, but theirs a good amount of protein thei and I am keeping my body filled eating every few hours.......
