EC Stack Question

Sup everyone -

I've been trying to drop some body fat before I start really trying to figure out my first cycle and such, so I started EC stacking. 25 mg E w/ 200+ mg C and a baby aspirin twice a day. Definitely lost some fat between the stack and cutting carbs. I just finished 3 weeks of the stack and think it's time to rest for a week but I've read a lot about Yohimbine and want to try it during fasted cardio. Will this still damage my receptors? (Reason I'm taking a week off).

Thanks guys

Yes I am. I'm off of it now, finished 3 weeks and didn't want to damage my "receptors"..

What do you mean down regulate? Is that a bad thing?

Thanks for your answer invictus.

Just means that you will have to use yohimbine wisely because it will effect your receptors and will have a decreasing effect over time.

Just took 15mg first time doing Yohimbine w/ fasted cardio. Went ham for an hour walking on an incline. Could really feel a burning effect and a lot of extra sweat. I'm happy - thanks for any info you gave 0.0

How's your diet? EC and Yohimbine will only aid you in dropping those fat.. but if your diet suck donkey ass- you'll gain it all back and more..

I was actually reading about that today (gaining a lot back) - still confused on it. I'm assuming it's because of metabolism. Especially since I've been playing around too much with fasted cardio and not eating until way later lol.. Slim down in what feels like overnight every day but gain it back when I slip on diet. I've changed it in the past 3 weeks and it's really working. Very low carbs - quality cardio everyday a long with lifting every 4. I eat very clean until it's a holiday then I tend to slip for a day or two..

As you decrease or increase calories your body will adjust it's metabolism to match your intake.. What's your TDEE? If you haven't figure that out--you need to! This way, you can adjust your calories intake (increase to bulk and decrease to cut). Extreme calories deficit will only work in the short term and every lbs you drop will come back once you resume your normal eating pattern.

To lose lbs- know your TDEE and then reduce your calories by 250 while maintaining your workout schedule (cardio and weights)- keeping doing until you reach a plateau (usually within 2-3 weeks) then you want to increase cardio (say adding 5-10 minutes) or if you're doing weights- reduce your rest time (instead of taking 1-2 minutes- drop 30 sec).. and repeat again once you reach a plateau (reduce 250 cal and wait--increase cardio/weight)..

It's a long process and will take 6 months or more... But once you reach a certain point that you're happy...then it's all maintaining :)
