Someone on another thread mentioned the use of eccentric loading to help during the healing process of a case of "tennis elbow". I have been suffering from a case of tendonopathy in both arms, most notably my right one, on both sides (front/back) of my arm from the crook of my elbow to my wrist. I Googled eccentric loading but it wasn't much help. Is it like, the "down" part of the barbell curl, for instance? can someone explain this to me please? I am trying to get this healed but still want' to at least maintain some volume of my recent gains. Thanks in advance.
