ED vs E0D on CBC panel.

Curious if any of yall have lab proof of going from one a week injections to ED or E0D

And its effect on your RBC, Hemoglobin, hematocrit

Currently I’m just doing once a week 125mg TEST Cyp.
Even after donating 4 weeks ago everything is out of range. Granted I haven’t been regularly donating.
And I don’t consume high iron diet or anything. Specifically because of this.

Been reading how some found relief in doing ED or even Subq

Did yall have to adjust doses? Or did your same dose of ex: 125mg just spread into ED/E0D keep you at the same test levels?

I’m basically trying to fix a lot of issues and see how I feel lol

It’s mind blowing for me to see those discussions about blood donation and those cbc markers I have never donated blood and I’ve been on trt/cruise/blasting for years!
Donated blood few times when was natty in the military as we were requested to but other than that never blood viscosity can change in minutes donating doesn’t solve anything and it’s not mandatory at all.

Injection frequency shouldn’t impact these heavily and donating is only a temporary fix and rbc and hematocrit come back quick.

Try grapefruit/grapefruit extract for the viscosity/rbc issues (assuming you aren’t on anxeitu/depresssion meds).
How do you feel about grapefruit while running a statin? Is it really that important to avoid mixing the 2?

You have to check interactions. Grapefruit reduces the presence of an enzyme that prevents drug uptake so using it with meds that would normally be partially negated by that enzyme requires attention. I don’t have that list off the top of my head. In an ideal world it should reduce the necessary dosage of a drug for the same effect.

The best way for the 21st century is POWER RED. This is when a special machine takes your red blood cells and returns the plasma back to you.

as for the injection. yes, every other day and in very small doses, that's the best option. let's say 20-30 mg every other day. definitely curcumin and nattokinase. no citrus fruits are needed because vitamin C helps with iron absorption. I did the erythrocytapheresis procedure and will show you the results of the tests next week.

Absolutely right. Never donate blood.

On BP meds only

Interesting replies.
I’ve been hearing/reading so many different things.

Donate blood & don’t donate blood.
etc

I donated due to doctors orders & my levels being elevated past normal levels.
RBC - 6.08
Hemo- 18.4
Hema-55

…6-7 weeks later. They’re right back at the same levels and past reference range of what they should be.

I’ll have to wait to see what my Endocrinologist says with my other labs
Dealing with a plethora of problems currently.

I can give 100% requirement for you. morning cardio, water, lunch steps, evening cardio, water.

curcumin 500 mg 2 times a day with meals. cut down on beef products as much as possible, and anything that contains folic acid. and add nattokinase. I assure you that within 3 days your hemoglobin will drop by 1.5-2 indicators and maybe by 1-2% hematocrit.

What is your blood pressure now? and platelets?

What dosage & frequency Nattokinase?

My hemoglobin dropped in 4 days from 19 to 16. I drank curcumin and at the same time nattokinase. And plus 2 days of cardio during the day, total time 2 hours and plus 30 thousand steps and water about 3-4 liters.
Your suggestion is appreciated bro.

There are several of us members who fight with erythrocytosis /polycythemia. Some have success implementing the protocol you mentioned, some do not. For the past three months, I was taking:
8000FU Nattokinase;
500mg GSE;
1400mg IP-6,
evenly split twice a day. For me, this looks to have slowed the increase on blood, and possibly controlled it. Previously, my hematocrit has reached 61, and currently at 55.

Last week, I upped to 12000FU natto, and 2100 IP-6. I'll see how that goes. However, as of yet, I haven't personally found a protocol/dosage I can say directly controls this problem.

I've read the addition of Curcumin (or Tumeric) has also been used by some with success. There are also a few other supplements and medications that come with anecdotal reports.

Erythrocytosis is just not a "one-size-fits-all" type of side effect to manage.

p.s.: the supplements listed DO also provide benefits to other functions, such as: metabolism; blood glucose, and; oxidative stress... but, thats a whole thread of its own.

just ordered more natto & curcumin. Doesn’t hurt to try!
Be great if my labs look better for my endo as well. Less to worry about and deal with.

Thyorid is covered in nodes so I have a biopsy in two weeks.
Currently on a CGM for two weeks.
6 pages of lab work ups to do fasted later this week.
Bone density test
And like two other things they want to do.
