Effect Of Oxandrolone On A Singing Voice

Hey all,I am a trained singer and I have a question.
I am a tenor and want to know if 30 mg oxandrolone per week could damage my voice.
My idea is to consume 10 mg of oxandrolone two hours before training. I train weights three times a week.
The exercise that I do are squats because I am a serious person (trained in singing, singers usually only train legs to avoid neck strain, Ok). In this sense, I'm just looking muscle recovery, because I have to be fully recovered to sing properly.Ok.
I have a vocal ability that I have worked hard for many years.
Lately my fat percentage increased more than usual because I suffered a rebound effect as a result of following a ketogenic diet.
By the way, the singers usually have a higher percentage of body fat, with the exception of those who have occupied steroids. But the group of singers who occupies steroids generally lose their voices in the long run.
One last thing, I can not fool me because I have knowledge of philosophy of science,Ok.
Remember I am a lawyer.This is my profession. But singing is something really important to me.
I'm a smart guy and this is why I am asking this question to you. The truth is I really need a reply. It is so brief as to tell me yes or no.

And by the way, I'm not asking for advice about the safety of those smallish doses. If I was not a trained singer would have long ago started a cycle of strong character.
The point is that the reality of trained singer is a complex issue.
And again, I know a lot of literature associated with the world of weightlifting books such as old school where old steroid cycles of the guys in the sixties are explained.

I repeat, concentrate on the answer I'm asking and expose your argument.

I'm not here to hear your double standard regarding steroids.

Better start training arms so you don't drop the microphone. And train your calf muscles so you can stand on your tippy toes when you hit those high notes.

And remember to supplement calcium to shore up that funny bone. You're getting splints already.

But yes, AAS can swell up your neck, possibly changing the acoustics of your airway. You won't know until you try.

I published my voice audio to see that my topic is serious. You can see that I sing serious and extensive logging.

Well I have 28 years old, my height is 173 centimeters and weight 76 kilos and my body fat percentage is 16%.

My diet is basically 2500 calories, my protein intake is 1.5 grams per kilo of lean body weight, and the rest from carbohydrates and healthy fat.

I never drink, any kind of alcohol or any drug consumption.

I'm a healthy guy who just wants a small improvement in recovery. But I do not want to increase protein absorption because nitrogen is lower without steroids and makes no sense in any case. It is inefficient metabolically speaking.

Clearly framed in the context of my vocal health.

In any case if you have a better strategy, please plantéala. But truly I tell you that I mention this strategy in relation to the small dose of Oxandrolone can be very useful.
Considers that I lift 50 kilos of weight on my squat performance and I think that intellectual work every day of my life. Therefore I can not be worried about the recovery. That's a nuisance to me. I love exercise and healthy living. but I'm also a realist.

I usually swim in the sea 3 times a week for 30 minutes.

To sing the style of music I need to be strong because I need diaphragmatic strength I get from the squat. And then I need to get endurance swimming.

For your situation, virilization from steroid may be too much risk of change your voice even at low dosage. I'm no train singer but in past sing in church choir. I notice that voice tone change but range remain same. More raspy and strength in tone. May be good for bass but maybe not tenor.

This just my experience. May not same for you. I use test cypionate at the time.

I think you continue heavy squat with use if Valsalva maneuver to strengthen intra abdominal pressure. Do not use weight belt in training unless 95% plus of maximum. Also employ core strengthening training of gymnast. Research hollow and arch body rocks to develop core strength.

Do many cardios to develop lung capacity and VO2 Max. I suggest purchase elevation mask to incorporate with running.

Unless want sexy body to match sexy voice, advise not to use the steroid. FIGARO FIGARO FIGAAAAROOOOO!!!

If a little increase my protein intake would help improve my recovery? In this sense, How much protein do you recommend me for my height and weight?

No way, I love my voice too much and never lose it.

Also, if occupied steroids, which would make it big, you know, testosterone or that kind of thing that really serve.

Also, I'm certainly trying to reduce fat from my diet because I usually consume many whole eggs, you know how good Alan Aragon says, Mother Nature cries when an egg touches the trash XD.

(Btw,the dietary fat is the great secret to having a good voice, i´m from Ken Tamplin Vocal Academy).
