The studies that have revealed muscle hypertrophy attenuation from NSAID consumption used mega doses of 1200mg ibuprofen taken in close proximity to resistance training sessions over 8 - 12 weeks, and even then, these doses did not prevent hypertrophy, they merely diminished the rate of hypertrophy (i.e., the subjects still gained muscle using this protocol, just not as much as the control groups). A daily 81mg aspirin is inconsequential in regard to your gains. Combine this with the fact that you are using PEDs, and it becomes virtually completely irrelevant.
Take the proper measures to control your blood pressure, that is far more important, anyway. Don't let this insignificant stuff stress you, it's not worth your mental energy.
Oh, and as a side note, you should look into daily low-dose tadalafil (Cialis) as a supplement to assist with blood pressure management. It's very common for physicians to prescribe a daily dose of 5 - 10mg for this very purpose (it also has other fringe health benefits). Something to consider.
