Elbow pain

I'm experiencing pain in my left elbow, approximately 2 weeks now, I've backed off upper body lifting However I have a demanding job and can't avoid using my left arm at work. Pain only seems to come on during tension and lateral movement. Not at rest. Icy/hot muscle rub seems to temporarily help. Any info on speeding up the healing process?

Yes, get some diclofenac gel from the drug store, rub it in twice daily. It is anti-inflamatory gel that will help it heal faster. Try to go easy on it until it heals up.
 
seems like elbow tendinitis. I have had flare ups in the past. It sucks to have. What I do now is every upper body day I use this on my elbows. It’s a horse gel for tendons and muscles. IMG_0952.jpeg
 
As far as elbow pain as it relates to working out, I use either elbow sleeves or elbow wraps. Both work great. I use Cerebrus and IronBull.
