Elbow sleeves, yay or nay?

Was pressing 315 for reps a couple days ago and my left elbow had a "weird"/ uncomfortable feeling while lifting it, but it immediately went away after my set and there's no pain at rest. But I definitely don't want to feel it next time I bench -- throughout the set I was worried I might get an elbow injury soon if I'm not careful.

It got me thinking, would it be worth it to invest in some elbow sleeves? Does anyone else here use them?

I use knee sleeves and sometimes elbow. But I'm weak and old. I don't care that it's cheating. Anything that helps me get another rep without injury.

The knee sleeves are a must, but I only use the elbow for near max sets.

I use them when doing standing overhead presses. It’s MY opinion that for bodybuilding , wearing sleeves isn’t cheating. If you are wearing them for chest presses then you should be focusing on isolating your pec doing the work, same with OHP, the delts are working, so what if you are better stabilizing your elbows. Only thing they interfere with is your triceps. While wearing them you won’t notice much of a pump in your tri’s. Wearing them for safety and stability is their intended use. Using them just to be able to use more weight is nothing but eago lifting.

I love elbow and knee sleeves. I have small joints, and long bones so the extra support and keeping the joints warm makes a huge difference in terms of general health for my joints. I don’t think it will prevent injury, but for knee and elbow pain from constant use, it does seem to help significantly. If you load them wrong, or go too fast and move into a bad position and snap/pop something theres no way these are going to help, but for consistent stress on the joint i find them invaluable. Dont have to be super tight to get that kind of utility. I also use wrist wraps for the same reason, and press 400+ pounds on a weekly basis without a serious problem if my rep range is above 5-6
