I was thinking about winging through the last two weeks of this cycle and then next cycle just starting right out with letro. I know I convert badly, so what would be a good letro dose to start with? I also know at this point what to look for

I would recommend not using letro for an extended time. It will crash you hard and there is many side effects of it. Would use when only needed. If Arimdex doesn't work or Aromasin maybe your just one of the unfortunate ones that can't do AAS. I handle them amazingly well, but I can't handle pain killers not even codine. Aromasin should do the trick or just say fuck it and get your glands removed and carry on or just get off. Long term Letro is nasty buddy.

Also definitely a fan of tudca... my enzymes have been elevated on the last 4 test I've taken and havnt been using any orals... ran a bottle of tudca and boom all in range now!!

You should get a therapeutic prescription to donate blood more often to get it down. I wouldn't suggest just masking the problem with aspirin.

The other thing to consider is how much water intake are you consuming? A gallon of water per day? 1 cup per day? All these will make a difference in the viscosity of your blood as I know you know, but sometimes we need to be reminded of water intake as we all slack on it from time to time.

No doubt i drink at least a gallon a day... baby aspirin just till I can donate again in a few weeks.. crazy it's high after just donating a month ago. Also need to up my ai I guess.. Gonna start drinking some green tea and eating grapefruits or drinking grapefruit juice hear that helps with hemocrit.
