fair...you should try those new magnetic nose strips man! may help and help get used to shit on ur face. also lowering test can help lower anxiety and sleep apnea. or maybe a sleep mask to help get used to shit on ur face... the PERFECTLY dark can really make a difference. magnesium biglysine or theonate.yes , but i can't have anything like those on my face it pushes me over the edge as far as ptsd panick attack, i just tried doing a sleep study a couple months ago and it wasn't very successful for me
