i am going to try 1 mg eithalon before bed and run two kits worth? a kit lasts 30 days? Any feedback is appreciated,,,, Im takin* it for sleep benefits etc

What would be a good starting dose?? Seems dosing is so all over the place, i may be misunderstanding this peptide
Either 5mg per day for 21 days or 10mg a day for 10 days. This is the protocol the Russian/ukrainian scientists said was optional

What were some notable effects from that protocol and hiw long did it seem to last as far as cycling it?

Ive been taking it for 10months and 1MG is perfect for restful sleep.
2 kits at 10mg is 200 days worth.
Better sleep and tighter and better skin quality, effects seem to last a month or so but never goes back to pre cycle, as I’ve researched it must be cycled on and off , the Russian who researched it for years says 3 cycles a year only and for better effects blast for no longer than 3 weeks, I have no idea where people found the data saying stay on for months on end . If you simply google search epi you will find the data easily.

The high doses, ie. 10 mg x 10 days, were used because of a mistranslation of a Russian study which used epithalamin and not epitalon. We don't have concrete evidence on their effective dosages in humans, but it seems that epithalamin is a lot less potent (100 - 1000x) then epitalon. Thus epithalamin dosages should be in mg's and epitalon's in mcg's. A lot of user are seeing good results below 100 mcg's. If I was to use it ed I'd go around 25 mcg's, but if I'd want to do a "cycle" I'd do > 100 mcg's.

Russians were using Epithalimin not Epitalon and the latter is far more potent.

well it seems this is going to be a dose related peptide, i think i will start @1 mg per night and adjust up if needed, i can't find any update on current human use , and dosing protocol is all over the place,,,,,, will keep everyone updated in coming weeks,,,,,

I did 5mc a day for a while and stopped after 5 days because I felt dirty and endlessly tired.

should try 250mcg and go from there IMO or even less as jin23 said.. many reasons for this and aren't loosing much if doesn't work but gain ALOT if it does, and reduce any possible side effects we don't know about.
remember hitler started taking peptide tinctures and got VERY sick overtime.
also remember melatonin is well tolerated, cheap, studied decently well and offers SAME benefits re telomeres staying longer etc as epithalon. think taking GH vs GHRP.
I would expect to see more time release melatonin and injectable for all those who like taking more needles coming in a few years once folks put this together.
