Whats up bros i have been reading alot about diff body type training my question is i think my body type is a cross between endo and meso this traing article states that if you are a cross between the 2 than you need to train legs 3 times a week i know thats alot but i was wandering if you should train your other bodyparts this way also i train with 2 meso morphs in my gym they eat mcdonalds fries drink beer and coke and they both have fucking ripped abs and some considerable size ,but me i eat very well 5-6 times a day drink prob on avg.. 3 beers a week and i just started training harder with less rest between sets and cardio but damn im busting my ass and i still am no were near looking like them . I just want to get my traing in order to my bodytype so i can look like a mesomorph Can any one help me devise a training routine thanks bros .......Skyking.
