I'm trying to drop 20 pounds. I work out or do cardio for 1.5 hours every day. I'm off of AAS and use 500iu of Hcg 3x's per week. My diet is:
Breakfast Protein only chicken breast or fish.
Lunch Rice and chicken breast
Supper Protein only same as breakfast
Sometimes I drink a protein drink instead for supper
My stamina has become pretty bad. I really notice it.
Should I add carbs to my breakfast ?
I'm 52 and ended my cycle of 800mg of cyp. per week one week ago.
I'm happy with my strength but I lost a ton of energy.
I'm doing something wrong, but I don't know what.

Oh yeah I work out 1 hour after lunch.
 
It's very difficult for your body to burn protein for energy so I would recommend upping your healthy fats as a primary energy source, EVOO, omega 3s, dairy, flaxseed, coconut, MCT, etc
 
I always mix B-12 with my Hcg. I'll try to up my fats. I bought some 85% hamburger today I'll try Flaxseed to.
