I'm trying to drop 20 pounds. I work out or do cardio for 1.5 hours every day. I'm off of AAS and use 500iu of Hcg 3x's per week. My diet is:
Breakfast Protein only chicken breast or fish.
Lunch Rice and chicken breast
Supper Protein only same as breakfast
Sometimes I drink a protein drink instead for supper
My stamina has become pretty bad. I really notice it.
Should I add carbs to my breakfast ?
I'm 52 and ended my cycle of 800mg of cyp. per week one week ago.
I'm happy with my strength but I lost a ton of energy.
I'm doing something wrong, but I don't know what.
