Hey guys what's the general consensus with EO? I have read that it eats away at stoppers over time? I guess my question is this stuff safe to use or should it be avoided?

I wouldn't Recommend Long Term Usage.
A Shorter Cycle of under 20 Weeks.
Or in a Multi-Compound Cycle where only 1 Compound has EO in it.

I know a lot of Women are Genuinely Concerned with it's use by Compounding Pharmacies in conjunction with Progesterone Shots for Pregnancy.

My Thoughts are if you can find another Carrier use it.
I Homebrew on Occasion and don't Miss it's use.................... JP
P.S.
Here's a little something on it.

Facts about Ethyl Oleate

The human body can produce ethyl oleate when it gets intoxicated by ethanol. Ethyl oleate actually comes from the condensation of ethanol and oleic acid and appears as clear and colorless. It is identified as the primer pheromones in honeybees. But what exactly is the use of ethyl oleate and how does it relate to daily life? Ordinary people don’t particularly care about this chemical but there those who actually do.

Ethyl oleate can be used for a variety of purposes. It is commonly used as a solvent for pharmaceutical drug preparations usually in steroids. It can also be used as a plasticizer and as a lubricant. Another typical use of ethyl oleate is as a moisturizer. It is perfectly suitable for hair care, skin care and color cosmetics. This chemical is also used as a food additive although it is being regulated by the Food and Drug Administration. This is due to the fact that ethyl oleate is seen to be a toxic mediator of alcohol that could lead to fetal alcohol syndrome. However, studies has shown that oral ingestion of this chemical is safe and has no adverse effects. In fact, it is considered as a vehicle for drug delivery of progesterone on a daily basis as pregnancy support by compounding pharmacies. But because there are no studies being done as of the present, there are currently no results on the effect on the mother and fetus.
