Ephedrine caffeine aspirin stack

My wife has ran it off and on. It does what it is advertised to do but the general reason as to why you would run it is for a cut. With that being said it was far from anti catabolic. Her and I have had much better recomps on real gear with calorie deficits.

How effective is this and is it anti catabolic like some say
Very effective. Its what all the fat burners found in GNC and other supp stores were based on or created to work like.
There are scientific studies showing the synergism when the trio are taken at certain doses.
And work they did. Well, the herbal equivalent of the original EAC stack.
These products found at GNC and Vitamin Shoppe back in the 90's and early 2000's worked without question. Hydroxycut was one. Twinlabs had one that was great.
Then the feds stepped in and outlawed the ingredients that made these products effective.
I remember seeing the new advertisements touting the "New and Improved" hydroxycut that was safer yet more effective than the original. I knew it was over.
I guess it has to do with the alkyloids(sp?) that made the herbal ephedra work not being included in the new formula.

Funny thing is u can still buy the shit at the pharmacy at Walmart for 12 bucks

Ephedrine is one of my favorite fat burners, second only to DNP.

Unfortunately, it's getting harder and harder to find good ephedrine. It is sold in pharmacies but it contains expectorant that I can't take a lot of before I start getting negative side effects.

You really don't need the aspirin portion, it's kind of old school. A better stack is adding tyrosine to the ephedrine and caffeine.

The original Ripped Fuel, the old days

My girlfriend takes ECA, and it works but she sometimes gets lightheaded during workouts when on it. She’ll do do weeks of ECA then a week off, then two weeks of clen, then a week off.

What kind of gear does your wife take for recomp?

What's the aspirin suppose to do?

There are different schools of thought on why that was included in the classic ECA stack.. from blood clot prevention to inhibiting enzymes that make the EC less effective or less prolonged.

There may be some merit in using it but substituting it for tyrosine is more effective.
