ephedrine question

I have been using an ECA stack for a while (25mg ephedrine hcl, 200mg caffine, 81mg aspirin) and feel nothing lately.
Is ephedrine hcl the best as compared to other types of pure ephedrine or is ephedra better?
I use the Vasapro kind binded with guaifenesin.
Do you have to do the two weeks on, two weeks off to reset your body receptors as you have to with clen?

I still have great results with over the counter ephedrine hcl. No different then when ECA stack was legally sold. I sometimes crunch the tabs before I swallow as some pills seem hard and not very digestible.

Yes I do build up tolerance, so I don't do it all the time.
