hey fellas just a quick question to you all...anybody ever have an issue with ephedrine and failing a drug test? Or I might say having a false positive due to taking ephedrine? Thanks

Possibly for meth. Numerous things can set off a false positive for meth IME.....

I'm just gonna go buy a test and see. I'm not gonna sit here and worry myself to death. It's out of your system in 48 hours I think. Halflife 3-6 hrs

Even if you do get a false positive... It's just that, a FALSE positive. Sample will get flagged, they will call you and ask if there is any reason you might have failed your drug test... "No, I have no idea why I would have failed... The only thing I've taken in the past week is an OTC drug (bronkaid) because my asthma has been acting up."
They'll test your B sample regardless and confirm no illicit drugs are in your system. That's only IF it comes back as a false positive, which I don't think it will

Just took a at home drug test results were negative for meth and amphetamines. Line was faint for meth but like they say even a faint line is a negative result. Plus I have a couple days so I should def be good. Took 25 mg this morning too. Thanks for the replies fellas

no problems with and drug test. I was taking 6 drugs tests a months. Did a ECA stack for 2 months. Not one problem I take 2 different drug tests t00. One that sent cup into company. Gleen lide......Then 2nd was a Icup, blue lid

I tested my urine on my analyzer to see if it would increase the amphetamine readout, I don't think it did. DMAA on the other hand gave me a reading of 130, still below cutoff but yeah it's an amphetamine. Normal ranges are -18 to 20 or so.
Tell your doctor to put you on Wellbutrin it test's positive for meth, you don't have to use it but tell them before any test that way you have a legitimate beef , lots of guys up here use that trick , usually they only.test when there is a accident or something or certain industrial sites request mandatory testing,
A positive "amphetamine" drug screen is a real possibility with Ephedrine or PseudoEphedrine
and the duration of a positive assay is determined primarily by the DOSE and DURATION of use.
False positives bc of cross relativity are readily refuted or confirmed with a confirmatory assay such as LC/MS that is capable of detecting a compounds metabolites but also their levels.
Disclosures of this nature may be useful during pre-employment screening but questionable acts of employee malfeasance are ROUTINELY followed by confirmatory testing IME.
