Steroid Profile Equipoise

He probably has more experience and knowledge than most guys here. You will just spin your wheels or doubt his advice if you entertain what you read around here.
I do not think that suggestion that someone be cautious about who they choose to guide them through their newly found aas usage is sowing doubt .. If thats how I came off it wasn't my intention. I myself used a coach helping , and teaching me for my first year. It was very fruitful..

I totally trust my coach. I just posted a question for the [popcorn emoji]. Y'all didn't disappoint.
That’s not something you should be proud to be admitting though. At this point anyone shouldn’t be giving you honest advice.

People here don’t agree all the time, which makes the forum great, there should be discussions and discourse to attain well thought information. However, asking questions to pit members against each other then like you say pull the “popcorn emoji” is just disrespectful and a trolling behavior.

Nah. I just think it's funny that I asked a legit question and no one actually responded to it, but instead started making all kinds of presumptions based on nothing (you're doing it wrong, don't question your coach). Who said I was questioning my coach? I was questioning you in this forum, not because I have doubts but because I'm honestly curious. How else can I learn but by asking questions? It's also what we are asked to do when we are new members-- start threads, share experience.

you want to ask the forum members about what "your pro coach" has you doing? Likely most of the members here are not coaches or "professionals" , it strikes me odd as to why, were you going to change things that your coach has you doing if someone told you "no don't do it like that"? Your coach is well aware (or should be) of what your current physique needs as far as peds, What are your goals etc, and Have a Grateful Day,,

What question? You said you have a coach who is a pro and who you personally trust. Guys said as long as he's credible and worth it go ahead.

But it just seems irresponsible to start a new guy (new to steroids and enhancement) on Testosterone and Equipoise....

I fully understand for fast and best results, and make no mistake I love equipoise and it truly shines and is great anabolic steroid...

But just hold your horses amigo, there is no rush, first learn the basics and then start doing advanced things.

Test only is the first cycle for a reason. You gotta learn your body and how you respond to the parent male hormone first.

Then asses and make adjustments on your second or third cycle.

It is likely you won't get it perfect on your first cycle, so that's why we start low.

Oh, and your coach wants to make it look like he's the best and credible by providing you that EQ cosmetic effect that will be gone soon after you stop your cycle?

Boy this ain't no real gains, just temporary rented Ferrari for a weekend if you will.

So, my advice is get your ass to learn all this stuff by yourself and then when the time comes get a coach, but test him if he wants your €€€$$$ or is a real deal next time.

As for now he just treats you like another client to milk that cash out off and on to the next one.

Wasn't going to change anything. Like I said, I was just curious. Y'all are touchy

So are you lol

Think you got some good advice. I like that you were advised to stick with what your coach says despite what you might be told on here. It’s nice to see that people weren’t just spouting off their own personal recommendations too much. Knowing that your coach has a plan tailored for you most likely.
That being said Lukiss makes a good point and he does am have a lot of experience with EQ since I think he has mentioned many times it’s one of his favorites
I really like EQ myself. I had avoided it for years and ran pretty much everything else because of reading about anxiety from it. I feel great on it and I notice I can breathe better during an intense workout, unlike Tren. Just ran it for 8 months. Leaving it out of this next blast but it will be back in this winter

I've been working with him for a year. He's helped me dial my nutrition and weight in, plus training. I am a powerlifter and new to bodybuilding. So I needed the help. Don't see what's wrong with that

Thank you. I appreciated this feedback. And you're right. Guess I'm in the right place. ;-)

I'm new to AAS. My coach has recommended I start on test and bold. Thoughts?
1. If your coach is solid and knows what he’s doing, stick with him. Once you start running around asking 10 different people for advice, you’ll just confuse yourself and stall your progress. Your coach knows your body, your history, your goals - so let him do his job.

2. Test + EQ is a good beginner cycle. If it’s your first run, I’m guessing your coach probably has you on something like 300mg of Test and 300mg of EQ, or maybe 400 of each per week. Nothing crazy.

Just manage your expectations with EQ - it’s not a fast-acting compound. In my experience, it doesn’t really start to shine until week 5 or 6. Also, EQ can help with estrogen control by balancing out aromatization from the Test, but that really depends on how your body reacts. Everyone’s different.

Also, I’d recommend doing regular cardio and drinking plenty of water - especially while running EQ. It can thicken your blood a bit, so staying hydrated and active helps a lot. But I’m sure your coach already covered that with you.

And honestly, good sign your coach didn’t throw in an oral right away - that tells me he’s not just trying to impress you with flashy results, but actually thinking long-term.

Run the full 12 weeks, stay consistent, and then you and your coach can reassess. Solid start.
