Estradiol = Estrogen = e2???

I been taking Avodart since it came onto the market so, my DHT is quite low. (Below norm.)
Therefore something like I3C isn't going to have any measurable effect on my lab #'s.

Here's a chronology of my trials with E control.




Current TRT regimen: Depo-Test - 80mg/week, Avodart - 0.5mg ED, Arimidex - 0.25mg, 3x/week.


5/04........Total E = 187 (Quest Norm, <130)
6/04.........Began I3C, 400mg. ED (Life Ext. brand)
9/04.........Tot. E = 100
12/04.......DC'd Arimidex (Perhaps no longer necessary.)
2/05.........Tot. E = 101. (But, estrone, previously low-norm,
goes high.)
3/05.........Resumed Adex @ 0.25mg 3x/week
Life Ext. reformulates their I3C. Supposedly better. I remain
@400mg.
5/05........Tot. E = 171
7/05........Tot. E = 186
8/05........Raised I3C to 600mgs ED
10/05.....Tot. E = 127
12/05..... Switched to DIM 120mg @ Doc's suggestion.
2/06.......Tot. E = 125.

DIM supplement is EnzymaticTherapy's EstroBalance.
My doctor feels that I3C may increase the 4-OH estrogen fractions so, recommends DIM.

Do you test your Estradiol doing what your doing can lower it to low but if you can get it up and have morning wood your not to low. If you took some TMG it would help the liver flush out the E's better.

Total Es were 143 (ref <130) prior to TRT. rose to 175 on TRT. not sure what they are now..as i'm getting labs drawn in 3 weeks to see where im at. Looking to do HCG if T is back to low numbers.
