Looking to do a test E only cycle right now first.

Got blood work done first time ever before cycle. Everything checked out fine test was 616... free test was 81. But my estridol is 39!!! Not sure what to do with that

im 32 250 roughly 18-20% bf.. work out hard heavy weights cardio 3 times a week right now..

Unless you have any high E2 sides I would not worry about it. Higher test usually coincides with higher E2.
Nothing to do besides run your cycle, get bloods two weeks in, and take an AI as needed.

Free test of 81 is ok definitely on the lower side not the high side. I’m guessing that means your a 8.1ng/dL. So I’m also guessing your in the high range for shbg. E2 of 39 would cause me to be concerned over the long run. Could be 1000 different things. Maybe a retest 6 months later to confirm then I would start ruling things out 1 by 1 with lots of testing.

Why didn't you test an aromasin solo run to see how it balanced your hormonal profile?
You were the perfect candidate, could have shot your test through the roof.

I have not started any cycle yet still trying to learn about this high estrogen/estridol. You talking about aromasin just by its self with no gear?. Im ordering up everything for pct and few extra test to have on hand so i cN throw it in and give it a run.. i dont wanna junp on gear and the estrogen go thru the roof either.
