The posts on low iron are all over the forums in different threads lol.

I did my piggy iron shot today.
Used gleptoferron which has significantly lesser chance of staining.


Mixed in an old insulin vial
3ml L-carnitine 700mg/ml
3ml glutathione 700mg/ml
3ml piggy iron 200mg/ml


Injected 3ml IM DG 25g 1.5in.
Used an IV hose.
Flushed with 1ml of carnitine + airlock method.
Total was 3+1=4ml.




Will do 2 more shots in the following weeks then pull labs.

OPTI , Personally, I don't like the oral version, but if you try the injectable one (unfortunately only in China) you'll see the huge difference.

Do you guys ever do a so-called immune boosting protocol?
Lately I’ve gotten sick twice, even though that’s very rare for me.
Besides a high intake of vitamins and minerals, I’d like to try Thymosin Alpha-1.

Interesting, looks like the trial consisted of:

Metformin
DHEA
Vitamin D3
Zinc

In a specific schedule of course.

I'll admit, I didn't expect most of these for thymus regeneration.

I see everyone talking about dissolving SLU..but technically you don't need to dissolve it. Test and Tren suspensions are injected without the AAS dissolved. If it comes lyophilized you should probably test it tho. Since it doesn't dissolve, you'd probably only end up with mannitol in the vial with minimal SLU during the manufacturing process.

and dont inject DMSO..

PUCA has only shit but it was obvious, slu quality injectable can be found, not here on meso though

does anyone have a good source for Alpha Yohimbine in the EU.
Currently I have Yohimbine from USA supplements from fatburners at and it seems like it’s not doing anything.
Also tried mixes of Yohimbine, 11-hydroxy Yohimbine and Alpha Yohimbine from Biogenic. Should be crazy high doses but even at 20-30mg it’s not doing much.

The only product that served me well was double Yohimbine from submission science. But that doesn’t contain any alpha Yohimbine and I want something with shorter half life

Yes, I bought plenty from iHerb, you just won't get it in a supplement store, unless it's some niche pre-workout that contains it

Your country might have harsher laws, I know UK it's illegal. I have had it delivered to 3 different countries in EU no issues. Maybe a reshipper? Or try Zion Pharma, they used to have Yohimbine

You either go with that domestic source, send it for testing or chexk if it was tested and pray to god. Or go with China, usually someone has tested it or send it for testing yourself, and pray to god.
