I mean, parcels can still be shipped from the old location or a temporary location?

I'm also wondering if there is any approximate expected date for resuming shipping. I place an order on March 11, before the warehouse issue came up. I received a package very quickly. Credit where credit is due, shipping has been phenomenal with @EuPharmaqo. However, it was not my order. It had a number of items I don't use. I wrote @EuPharmaqo right away to let them know what happened. He replied saying not to worry, the error would be fixed, the correct order would be sent, and I could keep the wrong order as a courtesy. Keeping the order was nice, but does't do much, as it is not what I had ordered while also being items I don't really use.

In any event, this was all before the warehouse move happened. Then, after a bit of waiting, I wrote a follow up email to see if the replacement order had been sent. This follow up email was after the warehouse issue came up. He told me I'd now have to wait to get the corrected order.

While I realize things come up, and opsec is critical, the wait is now quite a long time, and notification about the issue all happened before the warehouse process.

So, again, credit where credit is due, price and shipping, and quality were fantastic when eupharmaqo was shiping, unrivaled even. But this issue re the warehouse and order correction has been handled suboptimally with quite unclear communication. Don't want to be disaparging, just sharing my honest experience. I hope everything is resolved soon, and eupharmaqo returns to offering better service and prices than anyone else as was the case when he was shipping.
yes, there is some more shit going on apart from realocation. realocation is finished and I already moved all. I have 3 new labtests and new products ready to add. and I am the first one mad about not opening now. but the problem comes with the shipping route.

the way I do the shipping requires another guy (my partner) which is the one that is taking too long. he told me that all was going to be ready in 2-3 weeks. but it still isn't. I am doing as much as I can but this is not in my hands.

he told me that the latest, 29th monday all will be ready. but I did not want to say this because this means there is an exact date and if some other shit appears, more people will get mad. but the latest news I had is 29th.

I understand people's frustrations, including my own, as I placed my order nearly a month ago. Like many others, I initially thought the delay would last only a few weeks, but the period keeps extending and it's now been a month since you shut down. I'm starting to become a bit impatient, and as a new customer, quite worried since I paid for something a month ago. There isn't even a definite date for when you will start shipping the products, which makes the whole situation worse. Let's hope this gets resolved ASAP, otherwise, you will probably need to issue refunds, right?

Ofc I am getting impatient but I was very aware that this could take longer than expected.
Hopefully this will get solved soon and we will all be very happy

my shipper is very secure, he is great and consistent. he is a MUST for my bussiness, I know him since 5-10 years we have worked together. but he is being soooo slow this time.

I am losing a lot of money and bussiness reputation because of this. He told me 2-3 weeks and its being way more. I want to clarify this, my job was done and I am ready. But he isn't, and we all know what happens if the shipping is not secure.

I will add 1-2 vials of Test E for free to all the +500 orders done until now

C mon guys, we finally have an official reseller of PQ inside EU. Let's try to be patient so that it can settle. I tried his anavar before the move issues and package arrived in few days in my country, the product was effective as expected and he has been very helpful in solving some little issues. Let's try not to put so much pressure on him, I'm confident that this source can be a nice opportunity for us
