TEVA exemestane
The Fareston is 120 $ per box. But stocks are limited. . . Right now I have 2-3 boxes. I can get small quantities.
The exemestane is 100 $ per box. Its listed as Dr Reddy;s but the Teva is better and for the same price!

Are you b12 deficient? If so then I believe it's standard to follow a high dose loading schedule for a week or so before transitioning to supplement doses. 1-2mls a week sounds common enough from looking around...
