Okay I'm a slow learner here. From what I gather on the 6,500 hcg pen is this....
The Hcg in the pin is .5 ml I add 2.5 ml of bac water in sterile vial. That gives me 3 ml total. 100 unit equal 1mil in syringe. So total I have 300unit. 6,500÷300= 21.67 hcg per one unit in syringe. So for 500 of Hcg I would need to draw 500÷21.67. That would make 23 units in syringe equal 500 of hcg. Or am I more stupid than I am aware of.
