Even possible to tear a teres minor?

Seems highly unlikely but is it possible to tear a teres minor or major. I’ve been dealing with this tearing skin sensation for a while I’m this area. There was no method to what would make it turn on. Now I have isolated it so I can finally flex an get the tear to engage. Fricking feels like my skin is going to rip it hurts so bad. Another super strange thing is that area seems to have almost lost feeling to touch on the surface. Anyone dealt with anything similar in that area. Been a couple months andose not seem to be getting any better. Not sure what’s bugging me out more the numb skin or the tearing sensation.
