because of a full schedule I've had to move my workouts to the PM (8 o clock) and I have some questions about PWO nutrtition. I know most stay away from eating carbs in the later hours because of increased insulin sensitivity. I'm wondering if this will translate into an advantage for me (I'm bulking right now so I don't mind a little extra fat) but also how to handle meals after this. I have a maltose/dextrose/protein shake right after my workout (which is usually 9 pm) and that's it. I'm wondering if I'm cheating myself by not eating another meal between my shake and bedtime. Anyone else workout late that could give me some advice?
