Everyone going to watch

Where do you come up with this shit, manwhore? Ok? Ok? Frank is fucking awesome!

I'm continually amazed by your choice in fighters. Bob Sapp is good. Kimo is great. Tank is the man. Huh?

lol i knew you would have something to say about that. Tank is the man, because you never know how his fights will end. I like his attitude. Bob Sapp is good? I never said that. I said he's big and strong, but not a good fighter. I've only seen Kimo fight in UFC,but from what i saw,i think he is very strong. I just liked Kimos power, and Frank Shamrock is a great submission expert.

Tank's fights are easy to anticipate. They will end with him huffing and puffing and, recently, being severely beat down. LOL

So Manwhore, who is a good fighter in your book?
Don't be a wise ass.
:) I just started watching Pride, but i downloaded alot of pride fights,so i've seen quit a bit. I say Crocop is pretty good standing. alot of Japenese guys i see in Pride are very good fighters, but i couldn't really tell you their names. As for UFC,Couture is very good. Tito was good but i don't know what happened. I think Chuck lidell is pretty good. Tank was a favorate of mine, but i haven't watched him fight lately. Vitor Belfort is one of my favorates because he has unbelievable hand speed and great ground work. He beat Silva so fast,i didn't even know who Silva was when Grizzly mentioned him. Manwhore has got to be my favorate MMA fighter, because he is just insane and has incredible strength and skill. How about you?

Shamrock was an early fav of mine (still kinda is). Now I like Silva, Chris Brennan, Rickson Gracie (rules Japan) and Couture. I saw some clips of Couture's fight ageinst Tito and he just schooled him. So many good fighters out there, its hard to see anyone as the best. In Sub Grappling I like Vieira, Royler, Shaolin (sp?), and Garcia.

Yeah I heard about Manwhore, a freaking God on the Mat

On the mat? He makes Crocops kicks look like a little girl playing footsy.
;) .. i want to see more of Silva's fights. I haven't realy seen him at his best. I hope i haven't. I want to see him fight that Japenese guy,i always forget his name. I think in Bushido III. I also want to see the Couture Belfort fight. I don't know who will win that one. I think Randy has better balance but no submissions, and since Vitor is trained in BJJ i don't see Randy hurting him much on the ground. I want to say Randy, but i think that's because i've seen him kicking ass latley. Let me really think about it...... I'm going to have to go with Vitor... Sakuraba is the Japs (No offence) name. I see that Vitor beat him. I need to catch up on these fights.

Whoever says Ken is not a good fighter clearly doesn't know the history of this sport. Ken looked great in UFC III (or was it 4?, i don't remember), and i'm sure he would've taken it, but he got an injury and had to call it a night (he won the fight though).

In the old UFCs, you had to fight your way to the top, all in one night. You have to fight THREE fights, you heard that right, THREE fights in one night to get the belt. Those days, super fights were the equivilant of today's championship fights.

Royce Gracie (and don't tell me he's a bad fighter bla bla bla) dominated the sport at that time (i don't care if there was no competition at that time). The only man who could go the distance with him was Ken. Heck, Royce schooled Yoshida NOW, after more than 10 years past his prime.

Bas Rutten has only 4 losses in his record, and two of those losses are signed by Ken.

You want to see Silva fight Saku? LOL Dude, you've got to check out more old Pride stuff. I'm sure you'll enjoy the three ass beatings Saku received from Silva. ;)

OT- I tried to respond about Sylvia yesterday, but it wouldn't post for some reason. I'll try again later today, I think.

I think Matt Hughes is a goddamned STUD! That's what I think. I think/know he trained very poorly/barely at all for his fight with BJ Penn. He came in way too cocky and took a beating. He says he's focused again and WILL have his belt back. I don't doubt him.

Grizz, I have talked to people who think that Matt Hughes is, pound for pound, the best fighter ever in the UFC. Agree, disagree?

Griz is right, Hughes is an animal! I didn't see his fight ageinst Penn or his training up to it. But if Griz is right (about the training) then the belt should be back around his waist in no time.

Oh, I'm right about the training. I saw him drunk at 3am the week before the fight. Not that I haven't done that, but I'm not fighting top of the line fighters like he is.

He could very well be, Bob. I think Bas Rutten would give him a run for his money but that's about it. The "new and improved" Couture might qualify, too, but Hughes is probably the guy who can have that title.

Well maybe you should quit drinkin so much so that you can fight better guys and bring home bigger paychecks.

If only it were that easy. It's sort of a cause effect relationship. When a dude is offered a fight with a good fighter, then there isn't as much of a need to "be good". Now, if Pride called and told me to come there, then I'd be a bit more stringent. Until then...

Hey, are you in "stealth mode"? I've noticed that you and Phreezer post, but are never shown in the online members list. What gives?
