I see what you're saying. My point was, although very thin, was that at some point some person has to collect the funds from mailed cash or from WU. Somebody will touch the money at some point.

I guess I can now see why EVO is the way to go for everybody.

yeah, and funds can be redeemed to almost any place in the world and remailed and remailed, etc...to money order, to cash, to check back to bank...you get the point

just make it tough to trace bro's....
