Sup fellas.

I was a long time poster/mod on elite fitness and then they started charging monthly fees. Screw that! These boards seem pretty solid. Any others bros on these boards migrate over from elite fitness?

I had a couple hundred posts about a year ago, but left after finding all the better boards out there. So much info out there that you don't have to pay a fee for......and none of the extremely lame advertising that EF does.

Welcome, This is by far the best board imo. The people are very helpful. Unlike elite when if u ask a question u get flamed a couple hundred times lol. Hope u like your stay.

Yea, I used to go to elite fitness but I found a lot of the guys there full of shit and/or really preachey. I would be afraid to asks question there cuz they come down hard on some people for not knowing stuff.

They pulled the same scam on me a while ago. disabled my account and told me i could get back in by paying a fee.

Yeah even after I disabled my membership 2 years ago they still charged me for 1 months fee a year later. Spellwin loves to call attention to his board and he'll do anything for publicity. He tried to capitalize on that kid who died from DNP. I think he was interviewed by Newsweek or some other mag. and then sent out his spam about the interview. He is a fed-magnet.

Never thought about it like that bigmik44. That is pretty low if you think about it. I had a lot of respect on those boards being that I was a mod at one point, but I do remember a lot of honest questions by beginers getting flamed real bad. That sh#ts not cool. We all started at some point also. You can't forget where you came from and act all BIG TIME once you learn a couple of things.

I have been searching for a good Forum for awhile now and reffered to Meso by one of my EF brothers. I totally refuse to pay for a message board memebership. Although I have been a very long EF memeber (7 years) I refused to leave the board,but enough is enough...

I have now made my new home here and will try to share as much info as I have gain in the years of info I have learned....

This board is topnotch.I've been a lurker at E/F for over a year.Then decided to start posting, but what a drag.This board is much more user friendly and thats why it now my Nr 1 choice. Why pay when you can get the same or even better for free.
