Funny story about degrees in Kinisieology/Exercise Science:
Whenever I go to different gyms in town, I like to read the bio's of the personal trainers they have on the wall. I noticed an interesting trend that is congruent with virtually every gym I have visited: in every gym, there is a handful of trainers who were in school for Kin/Exercise Science for 2 years (2 years is the magic number) and either dropped out or switched to Psychology or Sociology and completed their BA instead of the BSc they were originally pursuing.
This would otherwise be meaningless, but why was everyone making the switch after 2 years?
The answer: you have to take a basic calculus course in second year.
These promising young scientists (LUL) didn't want to spend 1 hour a day on the only course you can't bullshit your way through in that entire 4 year program.
