Extra Motivation

Loved that thank you

"When you want to be successful as bad as you you wanna breath then you will be successful"

Damn i love that lol

Straight up.

People think they want something but when its time to put in work to get it they aren't willing to make the sacrifices needed.

How bad do you want this? Be honest with yourself, do you really want this at all or do you just like the idea of it?

This brought me back to my roots when i first started as a wide eye'd kid with a dream. There was never a time where i worked harder than that and i had no clue what i was doing. But i walked into the gym every single fucking day and trained so damn hard that an old timer offered to take under his wing and showed me the way. Now years later ive come a long way but this is just the beginning. Time to take it back to that dedication, intensity and drive i used to have.

Thanks @Docd187123 this just reinvigorated my passion.

@QueenColossus03 do you really want this? Ask yourself that question and answer it honestly. If you really do then its time to put in some fucking work.

That is the only video I need to watch. When I see it I feel immediate changes. I watch the kid working his fucking ass off at the beach while everyone else is there to relax. I see the kid running in a hoodie in hot weather. I see the kid working on technique and skill drills with a coach needing to chew his ass out for not going hard enough. Above all, I see a kid whose thirst for success is unfathomable, a kid who will never quit.

Get out of the gym once a week and do something different. I enjoy hiking myself, unlike treadmill you have to get back. You don't just stop the treadmill and hop off, you complete the mission. The other day I free climbed a rock wall about 20' high. I had two choices, either make it or fall and break something. Sometimes getting outdoors gets me back in the rythm. Survival man style training. It'll break a sweat and make you feel good, especially if you have any mountains near you
