Extreme Lethargy from GH

There is no way guys are taking these mega doses of HGH now without adding something to it to combat sides. It's the same with insulin, it becomes a necessity at certain levels because of the hyperglycemia brought on with HGH. No disrespect to Dr. Jim, but my bloodwork showed different on thyroid function after about 3-4 months on HGH. It didn't just correct itself
I agree completely. 5iu of generic is the opposite of a mega dose- it's what I was commenting on

We are on the same page, but you can't discredit the symptoms either, even on 5iu's. When I was using HGH, even on 6-8 iu's of generic, the lethargy would get so bad I'd almost be afraid to drive my car sometimes for fear of falling asleep at the wheel. The side effects of HGH can be terrible. I've had them all, from bloating to lethargy, to projectile vomiting, diarrhea, and terribly stomach cramps. HGH can be nasty shit sometimes. Those gray tops are strong, they aren't like blue tops. Probably one of the strongest generics going right now

Scary considering 6iu pharm a day has nowhere near those sides... what is in that generic shit?

Man, I have no idea but my friend gets nasty sides even at 6iu's/day sometimes. This guy has been using HGH for over 10 yrs solid, and to this day he will still get sick from something like 6 units per day pharm grade Humatropin. He always talks about these burps he gets that taste like sulfur and then he will sometimes vomit. This happens on generics or pharm grade with him.

ive been doing the 5ius evening brutus. it still makes me tired but t3 is helping
What many do when the split is pin half(2iu's seros) morning sub(T4 when my stomach is empty my last piss before getting up for the day) and then second pin post workout but intramuscular inj.
A couple of guys who I consider to be "all in" are taking their split of Serostim IV. They are reporting that it is the way its done.

I am running 5-6 iu's ED. One shot at night with my t4. I have never responded to GH as I have recently. I'm certainly not any more tired running gh than I am normally not running gh.

I am running Sero currently. Scale yesterday was 282.4 lbs.

Plenty of studies show running your thyroid hormone before bed can be beneficial. I believe @johnnyBALLZ will be running his gh similar when he's feeling better. I'm sure his anecdotal feedback would be appreciated.

its TPs greys. scores have been consistent high 20s and low 30s ;)
Ok nice, with t3 the lethargy effect left, but what sensation do you have with this combo, in generally and on the training ?
It's really hard with rHGH, because you start to see the effect from 4,5 UI's under i see nothing and when your got genuine product, this dose are really expensive.
What do you think about insulin ? When you see some studies you have more effect when you use both in the right moment.
Personally i used just one time the insulin (in hospital to some test) and i'm really afraid about it, result i never used.
For me, if you know a safe place to get some IGF-1, it's better and i'm sure you will not have any effect lethargy with it and surely more result ( depend your goal )
Take care my friend.

I don't think below 4,5 you don't see anything. I bet it all depends about goals. I'm gonna run it 3-4 IU ed max. I do it only for the fat burn property not for mass gain. So trying minimal side for maximum fat shed :)

Abstract
In a double blind, cross-over placebo-controlled trial, we studied the effects of 26 weeks of replacement therapy with recombinant human GH on body composition, metabolic parameters, and well-being in 10 patients with adult-onset GH deficiency (GHD). All patients received appropriate thyroid, adrenal, and gonadal replacement therapy. The dose of recombinant human GH was 0.25-0.5 U/kg.week (0.013-0.026 mg/kg.day) and was administered sc daily at bedtime. One patient was withdrawn from the study because of edema and atrial fibrillation. Body composition was estimated with three independent methods: computed tomography, bioelectric impedance, and total body potassium combined with total body water assessments. The Comprehensive Psychological Rating Scale and the Symptom Check List-90 were used to assess any change in psychopathology. After 26 weeks of treatment, adipose tissue (AT) mass decreased 4.7 kg (P < 0.001). Subcutaneous AT decreased by an average of 13%, whereas visceral AT was reduced by 30%. Muscle volume increased by 2.5 kg (5%; P < 0.05). According to the four-compartment model derived from assessments of total body potassium and total body water, body cell mass and extracellular fluid volume increased significantly by 1.6 and 3.0 kg, whereas body fat decreased by 6.1 kg. Results obtained by the bioelectric impedance technique were similar. The mean (+/- SD) concentrations of insulin-like growth factor-I increased from 0.26 (0.06) at baseline to 2.56 (1.55) and 2.09 (1.03) kU/L after 6 and 26 weeks of treatment. Calcium and serum phosphate, osteocalcin, and procollagen-III concentrations were significantly higher, and intact PTH concentrations were reduced after 6 and 26 weeks of treatment, respectively. Total and free T3 concentrations were significantly increased after 6 and 26 weeks of treatment, whereas free T4 concentrations were reduced at 6 weeks, but after 26 weeks, free T4 concentrations had returned to pretreatment values. Finally, after 26 weeks of treatment, there was a decrease in the Comprehensive Psychological Rating Scale score (P < 0.05). The results show that GH replacement in GHD adults results in marked alterations in body composition, fat distribution, and bone and mineral metabolism and reduces psychiatric symptoms. Finally, we conclude that the observed beneficial effects of replacement therapy with GH are of sufficient magnitude to consider treatment of GHD adults.

How fast did you get to 5iu? How did u get to that dose.

Thanks

I wouldn't go to 5iu for about 3-4 weeks. With gh everything you do the week prior is what you experience the following week. It takes time for those levels to build and for your body to get accustomed to it. You wanna start out at 2iu a day for a cpl weeks, then bump to 3iu-4 and then 5iu a week or two later
