Failing First Tren Cycle

The goal of the cycle was not really to grow but thought that would be a nice added bonus. I really just expected more recomp effects when cutting whilst on Tren
Forget about recomp or cutting. You're number 1 priority should be putting on some quality mass. A lot of it. Naturally I weighed the same as you at 5'7 with a reasonable BF%.

As I said before, I've been bigger and stronger prior to having to go on TRT.

Could there be something else at play which is effecting my gains? Another imbalance, hormonal or otherwise that is not made up for by testosterone or Tren?

IT just seems strange to me that I could achieve a more muscular Physique without the use of AAS.
 
Smh... Cutting, recomp...you have nothing to cut or recomp..!

You aren't going to gain muscle eating 2500 calories...

You aren't going to gain a ton of fat... And if you do, you can obviously cut it off... Eat until you're 200..

I really dont want this to be a completely unproductive thread.

I bulked before I started this cut which got me up over 200lbs.

How hard would it be to overtrain while on Tren?

There's no such thing as over training with adequate rest and food intake especially on AAS.

So you cut 24lbs off? Assuming most of it was fat. That's a good Start, dropping that much bf percentage. Now your goal should be to bulk up in a slight calorie surplus to put on lean muscle and get to a true 200lbs.
 
Yes I started cutting a couple months before starting Tren as I found that I'd gained too much fat on the previous bulk especially with it being summer.

So you think Tren will be good for a nice lean bulk? What are peoples reasons against using Tren to bulk?
I see conflicting opinions floating around.

Tren is very versatile in that in can be used for both cutting and bulking; it really depends on your dosages of test and your diet.

For cutting: tren > test (for example: tren @ 700 mg/week and test @ 500 mg/week)
For bulking: test > tren (for example: test @ 800 mg/week and tren @ 400 mg/week)

Either way it is VERY difficult to gain fat while on tren. Tren is going to want to consume and burn off every calorie you put in your body. Some people say it's not meant to be used to bulk because they simply can't or won't eat enough to bulk with it, but of course you can bulk with tren, it's the most powerful AAS out there (well now there's ment but that's another animal).

Bottom line is that when someone says that they failed with their AAS cycle and they didn't make the gains they wanted, 9 out of 10 times it's because they didn't eat enough or their diet was dirty and inconsistent.
 
Dude at 176 lbs on what sounds to be a maintenance diet what do you expect the shit to do? It can't create mass out of thin air and you certainly don't have any fat to burn.

Eat more.
