Fatigue

What's your diet like and when was the last time you took a step back from lifting either days off, load etc.
Diet is to get in my macros, 3700 cals 100 grams fats, rest is split protein and carbs.

All good foods,

I took today off. And last week took 3 days off

well that leaves a lot of room for missing out on large areas of nutrition. Which long term can lead to deficiencies.

I'd be fatigued with that schedule also.

I do 2 days on, 1 day off. I also recently did a deload week where I kept my intensity but cut volume in half, and it was good for me.

My energy levels got better, came back stronger, and realized I might be doing too much volume and hindering my gains.

The only other time I've felt that fatigue you're describing is when I've been on cycle too long, when blood pressure is too low, or if I recently started up hgh again.

Thats not much food, maybe you arent eating enough either.. and as buck said, how nutrient dense is your diet and how much variety in nutrient sources do you have?

put your diet in cronometer and have a look.
