If you live near a walmart, check out Powerful Yogurt...maybe other stores carry it, also...
Anyway, for $4.99 i get the biggest container which allows me to spread it out over 7 days (usually meal 2 of the day) @21g/protein/serving. Its plain so you can add whatever you want...cheap and simple
No problem brother! Thanks for the high protein yogurt suggestion. I found unflavored yogurt at 23g of protein per 8 ounce serving. I flavor it with instant pudding and it is delicious. Cheesecake pudding in this yogurt is incredible. I now have a new protein source that doesn't require me to hold my nose while swallowing lol. Thanks again!!

I gotta agree with @rutman chicken and rice is where its at ! Its simple , digests good , easy to make in bulk for meal prep , and dirt ass cheap lol ! I'm personally a basmati man but I'll grab the 5 or 10 lb bag of jasmine occasionally because it a bit cheaper . then if you need to up the cals a bit sometimes I'll drop the chicken for 80/20 ground beef or turkey ... Eat that 2-3 times a day and plus a couple other little snacks throughout the day you can hit 4500-5000cal no problem . plus the chicken and rice will literally cost you maybe 30-40$ a week if you shop around for the best local prices on chicken !
I use the crockpot every night brother. Don't know what i would do without it. I get home late from work, toss the chicken in and walk away. Done.

Ground beefHey dudes, about to hit some heavy test and Anadrol and want to know what your guy's favorite bulking foods are. I'd like to focus on budget choices as I'm not a rich man so no filet mignon in this thread. But any choices will be fine. Just looking for new ideas that I have not thought of yet. as great as whole milk and peanut butter are I do get bored from time to time.
