Favorite bulking foods...budget choices

protein shake.....Then eat whatever carbs you can. Beans are good. I like baked beans. Chicken. Thats all you need. Carbs are carbs...Protein is protein......Protein shake you get the most protein for your money. 50 bucks for an 11 lb bag of protein. 20 g a scoop. And like 200 servings.

I have been getting bagels for free. I eat about 5 a day. Thats all the carbs I need. Then I eat chicken and protein shake for protein. Greek yogurt smoothie. thats about it.

These are some of my mainstays, though your definition of bulking is probably far more pronounced than mine: Milk, Tuna, Sardines, Macaral, Eggs, and Nut Butters. I like to add good fats, too, like avocado. Occasionally, some other thinks like almonds or beef jerky. Of course, standard supplements on top, like a good protein powder and aminos. This is aside from normal meals where I’d have beef or chicken. All that other stuff is basically ready to eat, which makes it easy for me. Also, it’s easy to get in bulk at BJ’s, Costco, or Sam’s for cheap.

I have to eat a ton, it seems, just to maintain about 180-190lbs at 5’11”. I have yet to do any steroids or pro hormones to see how it amplifies everything.

cheapest and ones that provide excellent macros are eggs, oatmeal and beef (specifically ground beef, being the cheapest).

Although not mentioned often, olive oil is actually cheap too when you consider the amount of servings you get in a bottle. Under $10 for a big bottle and throw a tbsp or two onto your meals. The cals add up very quick..

If you live near a walmart, check out Powerful Yogurt...maybe other stores carry it, also...
Anyway, for $4.99 i get the biggest container which allows me to spread it out over 7 days (usually meal 2 of the day) @21g/protein/serving. Its plain so you can add whatever you want...cheap and simple

Thanks for the high protein yogurt suggestion. I found unflavored yogurt at 23g of protein per 8 ounce serving. I flavor it with instant pudding and it is delicious. Cheesecake pudding in this yogurt is incredible. I now have a new protein source that doesn't require me to hold my nose while swallowing lol. Thanks again!!

Ive been killing the toasted bread, peanut butter and banana sandwiches lately. Wash it down with 16oz of whole milk

75g pasta ( 189g cooked )
145g skinless chicken breast with olive oil
Grapes, sweetcorn, spinach, cress.
Eaten 4x a day.

Throughout day: almonds, milk, and sometimes shitty snacking [emoji16][emoji16] easier that way [emoji39]

Protein shakes 1 or 2 a day.

Eggs and banana and milk for breakfast.

I gotta agree with @rutman chicken and rice is where its at ! Its simple , digests good , easy to make in bulk for meal prep , and dirt ass cheap lol ! I'm personally a basmati man but I'll grab the 5 or 10 lb bag of jasmine occasionally because it a bit cheaper . then if you need to up the cals a bit sometimes I'll drop the chicken for 80/20 ground beef or turkey ... Eat that 2-3 times a day and plus a couple other little snacks throughout the day you can hit 4500-5000cal no problem . plus the chicken and rice will literally cost you maybe 30-40$ a week if you shop around for the best local prices on chicken !

$30 $40 [emoji43][emoji43][emoji43][emoji43][emoji43]
I buy 3kg pasta for £6!!

Hey dudes, about to hit some heavy test and Anadrol and want to know what your guy's favorite bulking foods are. I'd like to focus on budget choices as I'm not a rich man so no filet mignon in this thread. But any choices will be fine. Just looking for new ideas that I have not thought of yet. as great as whole milk and peanut butter are I do get bored from time to time.
Ground beef
Flank Steak
Chicken thighs
White rice
Eggs
Dairy if you tolerate it well
Almond/peanut butter
High quality bread (dave's killer bread, ezekiel, etc.) *the only "pricey" thing*

If you can, check out your local farmers' market, that's what I do... The prices are cheap as dirt, highest quality around, you eat what's in season and you're helping out local families.... Wins all across the board.

You know I gotchu if you need some more food ideas/recipes.

Protein: Tuna for sure(99 cents per 30 grams), eggs, chicken breast and whole milk/cottage cheese.

Fats: EV olive oil and eggs of course....milk/cottage cheese.

Carbs: Basmati rice, sweet potatoes and whole wheat pasta
