I'm interested in hearing some of yalls favorite cycles you've ever run.

Mine was -

Test E 750
NPP 500
Mast E 600
 
Weeks 1-10
750 test cyp
500 deca
Weeks 11-12
750 test cyp
500 deca
350 tren
Weeks 13-14
750 test cyp
500 deca
50mg anadrol
Weeks 15-16
750 test cyp
500 deca
350 tren
75mg anadrol


Put on 20 stage lbs in 16 weeks and completely changed my physique; from top of middleweight to top of LHW.

You ran tren for 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, then 2 back on again?
 
Was thinking of this with anavar at the end for my winter run. What doses were you running?

50mg Proviron Split AM/PM

Same could be accomplished by swapping out the Proviron for Mast, which is such a feel good cycle.
Was feeling amazing up until week 12ish... but that was just fatigue from the training and diet kicking in

I'll be running that in the winter as well brother.

Nice light and easy clean bulk with a decent caloric surplus

Last 4 weeks will be
Adrol 3 days 50mg
Var 3 days 50mg
Repeat.

What did your calories/macros look like for the 16 weeks?

20 actual stage pounds - That's amazing! How many actual pounds and then how many weeks to get down to stage weight again?

And I have some others to stack but not sure which one. I want to put on some mass by cannot sacrifice cardio due to my job. I know saying “lean mass” is not correct but want to not sure what the best wording is. I meal prep and track my macros as well.

Lots of guys do cardio in the off season. Just make sure you don't overdo it and eat enough to compensate for the calories burned, which means eating more than somebody not doing cardio.

If you meant only that some compounds may hurt your cardio, many people complain tren does that. It does not do it to me. Anyway, if it does it to you, then dropping it would make the side effect go away. I do not personally feel tren is good for adding mass, at least not without lots of testosterone and growth hormone. Just my two cents.

Was thinking of just test and deca and having the Arimidex on standby.

Deca 250 to 300mg a week, forgot what the bottle has on ot.
Read that Deca is good for joints and I am 44 and my joints are not and but a lot of usage.
I am about 14% BF I think at 203lbs.

I cannot do squats though, I have had two spine surgeries. not that it matters for this thread just info.

Leg press, leg extension, leg curls, and split squats with dumb bells. You'd be shocked how little weight you need to swell up your quads when you hold two dumb bells in your hand, place a foot on a bench behind you, and squat down one legged, being careful to squat by lowering the back leg and stay pretty upright to keep your forward knee from going too far forward. There is a LOT you can do for your legs even with spinal issues.

Tracking the math, but don’t want to do 500mg test and 500 MG deca. I plan on a 2:1 ratio for that.

If you’re doing 2:1 because broscience says to do that to prevent deca dick, dont worry. That’s a myth that’s been dispelled.

Try deca on this next cycle or throw in anadrol the last 4-5 weeks. But you’re doing it correctly. One new compound at a time to see how your body reacts.

Make sure your AI is Pharma otherwise that’s another variable to worry about if the UGL crap turns out being bunk. There’s plenty of pharma sources for that at reasonable prices.
 
The AI I have is Pharma.
I have arimdex and letro. I have used the Arimidex before and had no issues.

you recommend that I bump the deca up? Of course that is based on my goals. I split the test e into two injections 250mg a pin in my quad.
