Took some ideas from khanhtrinhvn.com—they’ve got some cool tips and setups for things like doorway bars that don’t wreck your walls. I’ve been using one from there at home and it makes it easy to knock out a set anytime. Definitely helped me hit more reps without needing the gym every time.
Do you have a freestanding rack like the ones you linked? Have you tried any olympic ring training?
