Actually makes me wonder if i should switch to castor and pin it 2 hours PWO..
Hold on when do you pin if in MCT? I do 90minutes I don't think castor will be 2 hours quick, probably need a bit more
 
I love anadrol 30-40 minutes pre-workout on a heavy day. 25 for a push or pull workout, 50 for legs. Crazy strength and endurance. I almost always hit a rep or weight pr on those days.

As I’ve gotten older I’ve found that the secret to running Anadrol is to use it in this manner. Only a few times per week as needed for preworkout push. Can sidestep a lot of the typical side effects this way. Even still I’m a pussy and I check my BP before taking it. If it’s elevated for whatever reason I skip it.
 
Wanted to bump this as several quality vendors have / are releasing their TNE, injectable Anadrol, etc.

Thus far I've played around with Anavar up to 50 mg, Anadrol up to 25 mg, plus / minus transdermal TNE "150 mg" (absorbs about 20%, so really 30 mg TNE), and 10 mg of Halo as pre-workouts. I've been in a deficit since summer, with very few re-feeds that aren't really re-feeds, moreso isocaloric but with more carbs than a normal day. I've enjoyed using all of these. I still need to give oral Anadrol a try at 50 mg, and then I really want to try the injectable. I've also wanted to try Anadrol 25 combined with Anavar 30 mg.

Even in a prolonged deficit I find that these give me lots of neural drive (halo even at 10 mg being the winner here), a sense of well-being, and great pumps. There is also a strength increase, but it's dampened down due to the calorie deficit. I think it would be a lot more fun to run these while gaining, but then i would be tempted to run them daily instead of 2 to 3 times per week, which I want to really only do once per year or so.

Of note, I've found that the most anabolic pre-workout is still a power nap before the gym. Undefeated and no side effects.

from TNE, anadrol and var, at 70/50-75/50mg doses, var wins for me...

50mg var is so good its not even close.
TNE is good but at cruise dose/ at 750mg test blast it didnt effected my workout at all. 0 difference basicly.
